Prefect

Prefect is a high ranking enlightened being who has full domain over our known universal dimension.  Prefect was charged with the discovery and wellbeing of the NX Secret.

The extent of her powers are not known, although at one time she was the second most powerful of the enlightened.  Once she was given command of Mr. Black and eventually Mr. Brown, she had to yield some of her powers to the Archons.  The Archons are ultimately faithful and serving to Prefect.

Prefect is wise, gracious and has infallible judgement.  Despite her soft feminine appearance and demeanour, she is a fierce and feared warrior.  Hybrids detest Prefect as she has put an unpleasant and untimely end to many of them over the eons.
